Ben is a Riverside native who has practiced exclusively in the Inland Empire. As a Riverside attorney, Ben represented police departments and law enforcement officers accused of misconduct, excessive force, and other civil rights violations. Ben also worked as a deputy district attorney in San Bernardino, successfully prosecuting a variety of different misdemeanor and felony offenses, never losing a case.
